If you need advice about a knocked out tooth, fractured teeth or a displaced tooth or displaced teeth then the best source of information is the Dental Trauma App. (see links below) In the meantime, if you need advice about a tooth that is knocked out then it should be re-implanted, after cleaning, as quickly as possible.
